You’ll get a step-by-step guide to the Xero conversion process, from adding a new client organization to converting a client from their previous accounting system. We’ll cover specific software, and give you some tips and tricks to get your team processing conversions more efficiently than ever.
The main points covered in this course are:
- Using the Xero Setup Wizard
- Creating a Master Chart of Accounts
- Importing transaction data from Quickbooks
- Importing invoices & contacts from client systems
This is an intermediate level Group-Internet Based course with the recommended prerequisites below. It is worth 1 CPE creditl based on a 50 minute hour.

While there are no pre-requisites, we recommend you attend ‘Introduction to Xero for Accountants and Bookkeepers’as well as 'Xero Essentials' first. The ‘Converting to Xero’ workshop can also be completed after certification.
